With all the features of the Voyager systems, it is a lower profile version.The Aviator fits into the back of an EC135 helicopter on an approved cot system because of its lower profile.It allows you to choose your ventilator and mount preferred monitors.Space is limited and the Aviator is uniquely designed for the tight spots.
