DESCRIPTION
The LIFEPAK 15 monitor/defibrillator is an all-new platform that raises the bar with a design developed in partnership with emergency services pros.

The LIFEPAK 15 monitor/defibrillator is the new standard in emergency care for ALS teams who want the most clinically innovative, operationally innovative and LIFEPAK TOUGH device available today. The 15 integrates Masimo Rainbow SET technology that monitors SpO2, Carbon Monoxide and Methemoglobin, includes a metronome to guide CPR compressions and ventilations and provides an option to escalate energy to 360J. An entirely new platform, the 15 is powered by Lithium-ion battery technology, incorporates the SunVue display screen for viewability in bright sunlight, and data connectivity to easily and securely collect and send patient information. Similar form factor and user interface with the LIFEPAK 12 defibrillator/monitor will ease transition and training costs.

Stuck in Self-Test

I have a Lifepak 15 that loops around the self-test screen 3 times without fully turning on. When turned on the screen will show the self-test in progress screen seemingly shuts off then goes into the self-test screen again, this keeps happening 3 times and will just completely shut off after the third time. Batteries don't seem to be the issue as I have tested it both on batteries and AC. Any idea what could be the problem? PCB?

Error codes (5006, 103B, 400B)

I keep getting repeating error codes after self test on my machine was wondering if anyone has encountered this and was able to fix it. so far I have taken the machine apart and cleaned contacts on all the harnesses. I think its probably board level or software related.

the codes are

5006

PC_ERROR_BAD_CHECKSUM (Program contents failed Checksum test.)

103B

UI_ERROR_MISSING_LANGUAGE (Configured language was not available.)

400B

SM_ERROR_CRC_FAILURE (Program contents failed CRC test; value = high 16 bits expected CRC, low 16 bits include computed CRC).)
