Hello, Is there anyone who has experience with a Watson Marlow peristaltic pump problems? We have a Watson Marlow 530 Du pump where the display stays blank when switching it on. I got power and the correct voltages from the transformer onto the main board. I can't find a wiring diagram of the pump. Somebody had the same issue ? If so, could you guide me in the right direction to check for voltages? So I can diagnose the situation better. As I don't want to send the whole unit to the company.
A client has a Leica 5010 which frequently reinitializes, very early into a program, and then usually errors with "Head stalled" or "Make sure that head is free of obstructions," which usually occurs at the extreme left or right end of X travel (but before it hits a physical stop). I have lubricated the guide rods and linear bearings - they are moving pretty freely. I have tried flexing the loom, while it was in motion, to see if there is any place where flexing causes an error, but have not found one. There are a couple of power resistors on the Head pcb - I resoldered those, just in case. I have cleaned and reseated various connectors. Has anyone run into this? Is it likely to be either the motor or the main control pcb?
