I have been troubleshooting a ASP300 which is not powering on at all. I checked all the fuses on the power junction box, power supply, Transformer and even the PCB assay BB. All fuses are good. My conclusion is that power supply or Junction box maybe defective, how I have seen an issue before where the pub assembly with is like the computer on the machine is also defective. I knew the PCB was previously recommended to be replaced every five years. No Fans are coming on when the power switch is set to on.
I would like to hear any further suggestions from anyone with experience on this unit. Which parts would you recommend to order to resolve this issue?
ive got a unit that worked fine for a month or so and now has this error. From what I can tell, the contactors(CL and CH) are never getting power to the coil. Ive checked the 2 fuses and drivers b/w main pcb and i/o but now i'm stuck and the schematics just arent thorough enough. Maybe a bad relay? But 1 schematic shows that same ssr sharing chamber heating and 1 of the chemical pumps, but that pump is working.

I have a freezer that is displaying a maintenance required message. The message being displayed is cause by the Maintenance reminder and battery reminder date. I can't reset the dates without the L3 passcode. Does anyone know the code. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone at the MFG.
