Receiving L5 error message. Manual states to press on door until DOOR LED is lit and press CE. This does not resolve the issue. Any recommendations?

I see the BIOS info upon boot, after that screen goes black. Loading GRUB boot, but nothing happens.What media is used to boot the device? Is it embeded or removable for diagnostic?
