Hello - Every single time a physician captures a pictures during a procedure with a scope, the EVIS EXERA III (CV-190) processor sends an error message to the screen that says the following: "Images have not been transferred N207 Please transfer unsaved images now." Any ideas on how to fix this? I have searched the manuals and found nothing regarding this specific error code.

Greetings. Our Millenium B&L had been abandoned for 6 years and yesterday I decided to wake it up. Immediately I got this error "Error(21) Network interface Card Failed to Communicate. I took an instruction and found that in this case i can check installation and reboot the system. Probably, I must check the real system, instead of a system's software installation, however it inserted the cd-disk with an original software from B&L and reinstalled it. It changed nothing. Then, I replaced modules into other "box" ( I have 2 of them) and the system could access and assess them, but showed the message about a wrong version of software "Incorrect modules software versions". I assume, I shouldn't change the software and now it doesn't work because of it.
So. I would be happy to reset the software, but it doesn't seem real without the native software disk.
I would be happy to obtain any advice how i can proceed this issue. Thank you.

I’m trying to troubleshoot some internal video signal issues and would really appreciate any technical documentation, board-level photos, or tips from anyone who has experience repairing this model.
If you’ve worked on the Q260 before or know where I might find a service manual with board-level info, please let me know. Even partial diagrams or high-resolution photos of the main PCB would help a lot.
