I received the massage, error code 221 How can I fix it ?please advice .

I'm having trouble with setting up language.  In the setup the arrow pointed to English but it looks like Greek to me and I'm stuck!

In our Rehabilitation Clinic 2 beds in the same room suddenly stopped working, both the hand control and the nurses control panel.

We have the beds since March 2018 and never had a problem.

Can you please help us with suggestions?

after powering up the machine gives an error, vent inop 1014  .

I looked in manual and it says it could be caused by one of many faulty PCBs.

have anyone encountered this issue before?  and how did you fix it?

I have an Unfors Solo Dent  (B22 1010-A) unit.

I need to change the rechargeable battery. The service manual specifies a 7.4V rechargeable battery but the unit appears to have connectors typical of a 9V battery.

Could I use a li-ion rechargeable 9V battery without damaging the unit, please?

What would the minimum mAh you would recommend?

Hi!  When lowering the bed, there was a table too close which prevented lowering.  After moving the table, none of the controls work.  I've unplugged and plugged back in but no response to button presses.  Is there a reset somewhere or have I fried the motor?
