Hi, Trying to determine a service plan for our CATS classics and plus models going forward to the installation of our new CATSMARTS system in 2020. Does anyone Have the Service Manual for either model of unit so I can determine what all the pm entails? I appreciate that or if you know where to find it on their technical help site? I need help to find an operator's manual. I'm reviewing a policy that has very specific Quality Control requirements, and this is the only source cited, but my facility doesn't have the document any longer.
