I have several HeartStart MRx devices that will be donated to the Ukraine war. They are currently in the French language; how do I go about changing them to English so they can be more universally used? Do I need to download an entire software in English or is it possible to make the change in the configuration menu? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. RE: Philips - HeartStart MRx
Hi I'm Khalid . I am an engineer from Pakistan . We have a schiller defigard 4000 in our collection. Our device has a problem! When we connect power cable initialy display white light on for two seconds and then switch off. After that not power on defib even rotating nob. Please guide me thanks RE: Schiller - DIFGARD 4000

I recently purchased this device and the service light on my Lifepak seem to be permanently on.
I assumed this was because there is no battery currently fitted and I am waiting on delivery of a replacement.
In the meantime I took it to be serviced and was told the that there is an "error code 4" not displayed on the screen.
The engineer does not think it is because of a missing battery and doesn't at present know what the code is as he has never seen it before.
The device passes all self checks and appears to work as intended so hoping someone can help me get the service light out so does anyone know what error code 4 is?
