We have two Mortara ELI250 EKG machines and one Biocare iE300. We have been told these units are too old by one of our sponsors(we are a clinical research facility) and we need to replace all three.
A) The Mortara ELI250 machine has all of the functions that we need. Are you able to suggest a comparable unit? The reports need to print ventricular rate, PR interval, QRS duration, QT/QTc, P-R-T axis, QTcB, average RR and QTcF.
B) We would be interested in a refurbished model as long as there is a certified refurbished certificate.
C) Do you have or are aware of any trade in or buy back programs?

I have a Quest Burdick system from 2007. Bought used. After 7 years of using it I started getting errors. First, after starting it up, it tells me “No video input. Please check cable”. I unplugged and re-plugged cables. After that “primary ide channel no 80 conductor cable installed”. I select f1. Then at the end I get the “quest starting up screen” where everything freezes. Treadmill does not move.
I believe my CT8000i battery is not charging causing the machine to switch off when printing, I have seen replacements are quite cheap. However, I am not an engineer. But looking at the battery it seems fairly simple to replace. Could I replace it myself, easily, if I were to open the machine? Thanks all.
Have a mac 5500 that when unplugged from the wall immediately dies. Replaced battery, verified there is voltage at the transition cable. When unplugged the battery light flashes, battery indicator icon on screen shows empty. Before I get too deep Thought I'd ask for help
