Hi,
I have a ManoScan ESO device with Modules A120 and A200, and I tried to calibrate the catheter. The issue I am facing is that when I have the catheter connected to the module and place it in the chamber, the calibration pop up has the "start" button inactive and I am unable to press it to start the calibration. Would you be able to help me with the situation please.
