How do I get the buzzer to go all the way down to silent with the Kangaroo Joey pump? It will not let me decrease the volume any further than the last 2 bars. We've been using a joey for nearly 15 years, so I usually know how to operate these things. Our previous joey pumps have allowed me to turn the buzzer all the way down to silent. We just switched supply companies, so we received 2 new pumps. They both are doing the same thing. Is this a safety feature of newer units that can not be changed? Or is there an override trick to get it silent? Thank you
