Does anyone know where I can just order specially the paper guide for the Philips Avalon FM50 fetal monitors? I know the paper guide comes in the "FM small parts kit- plastic parts and labels," but I don't need all the other parts in the kit, plus it can add up when I need like ten paper guides. Philips doesn't sell the paper guide individually.

Hello all, 

Can someone help me how to reset the touch screen of Avalon FM30, because it is not accurate, so can't able to press main setup!

Anybody have issues with TOCO / US not working when you plug into the socket then you unplug and plug back in and they work? Thinking about replacing the 4- block socket connector, but wondering if it could be another (board) issue.

FM50 display turns on, but with grey display. It is stuck being a grey display. Any thoughts?

I have a Philips M1353A fetal monitor (50 ip-2) which is reported to show 10BPM difference on the Ultrasound probe as compared to what it shows on the LED screen. I also have Corometrics monitors in the same facility, so I am wondering if the geometries of the paper might account for this 10BPM difference being reported? I cannot compare the two papers next to each other and suspect the wrong paper has been loaded into the Philips unit.. Let me know if you know or can help with this. thanks! mrstan

Hi, I have a customer with an old Philips Avalon FM30 device. They want to upgrade the SW REV that is on it. Is this something anyone can do? Like can someone just download the latest SW REV? Or do they need to purchase the SW from Philips or something?
