We are receiving an AGFA M ECO to set up for a mobile darkroom, I've been searching for a detailed operator manual online but can only find a brochure. 

Is there a specific manual available or maybe a one which covers all?

How to query thw fugi database from a third party application?

I know how to set AE title, IP &port & I tried several times from the IIPserviceUtility tool with no success.

How to auto-archive studies ?

I cleared the output queue by mistake, This result in deleting all the stored study. Is there is any way to restore them?

is there a default user and password?  Or an admin ID and password?  

Issue: Unable to see text markers in PACS, but they save in the images.
All 3 pages of the preset markers (like "L" and "R" ... the .bmp's) transfer to PACS but *not* the customized TEXT 

Any suggestions where to look in the settings?
Or maybe could there be a user permission that has to be enabled to be able to annotate images with text markers?

Hi,

Our M Eco film processor is giving and error massage that "Developer/Fixer heating too slow".

In fact it is heating the chemicals to over 40°c when it is set at 28°c.

Does anyone know if it is a problem with the temperature limiter sensors, or is it a circuit board fault somewhere please?
