I have a pair of 550's. Is there a switch that you have to manually flip into battery mode, or do you just unplug the unit? When I just unplug the unit, the console shuts off, even with the charge indicator showing a full charge. and finally, does the unit have to be running to charge the battery? Maybe the batteries are too old to take a charge anymore, and should be replaced... What do you think?

I have some problem with two pump heads of the machine of both double head pump. They display error 000004 and the pump head does not move at all. Please I need the solution as soon possible.
