Can you tell me where is shows exactly fluid removal?

My daughter gettin hemodialysis 3 times a week and i don’t  want to take from her fluid.Yesterday the nurse practitioner said they won’t take but i need to sign the declining form what they didn’t give me to sign it and i think the fluid was removed fro her 0.300.On target Loss shows 0.300 kg Tot.Fluid Removed 0.300.

They explained to me that numbers not good every time will show different and they will flush the tube end off dialysis.

That not was true what the nurse practitioner said right?

The other day on Wednesday they took out 0.400.
