Capture Card Drivers – Smith & Nephew 660HD Image Management System

I'm working with a Smith & Nephew 660HD Image Management System and need to reinstall the capture card drivers, but I can't find them on the official website or in the documentation.
Has anyone had this problem before? Do you know the make/model of the internal capture card or where I can get the drivers?

Why do some volcano s5 towers have a power switch located on the back bottom left near where the power cord connects to the tower and some s5 towers do not have a power switch at all? RE: Volcano - s5i IVUS
