How to solve the error sensor defect? In starting time?

Stryker 40L insufflator 

Originally the issue was the machine stops/start working and the alarm

 "gas empty" shows up, even though the cylinder is full, So I did the calibration as prescribed in the service manual, and the High pressure unit adjustment using the instructions provided.

Now the alarm "device defect" shows up when starting the device.

Anyone have an idea where the problem might be?
