Hello all, We are a bit desperate for information about our Lorad M-IV mammogram machine.
We have 3 in total for NDT on our carbon fiber parts: 1 is in storage due to tripping main breaker the minute you start it up (still unsure why), 1 has communication issues with our digital detector under it (software?), but the one that does work has now a SYSTEM ERROR 28 ! code showing with every image you try to take. The settings haven't been altered and are always set the same way.
But this morning it came with this fault, and after resetting it multiple times and/or powering it down for a bit, it still comes back. we have an installation manual and operator manual, but none of them have any fault codes or troubleshooting in them about what to do... any ideas here?
Our hospital has bought two years ago a Senographe Crystal Nova from GE. The printer that we used for it is non longer working so we bought a new one and asked the supplier to connect it with the the Senographe. However they told us they had lost the password to access the service so right now we are unable for more than a month to print our exams. I want to know if i could get the default password to the service or is there is way to renitialize it.
Hello every body I m facing issue in mamo .I turn on the machine it's work properly after some time may be within 10 min error shown like Gentry reset I press the ok button then it's working but after few min again error shown Gentry reset and Gentry switched off there is no error in led board please assist me .
