                               Mindray MW-12A ( Micro Plate Washer ) shows an error

( Please Check the manifold press ok to continue ) when i start the mchine.

Please help us to resolve this error.

Adjust and Program menu not listed in display, I need a service code to add it to the list in display. this instrument is a microplate washer, manufactured by Tecan

Kindest regards from Lima, Peru. On our MR-96A there are only Absorbance tests programmed, because the Unit checkbox displays no units whatsoever.

There is a Mainenance button, which requires a password. We assume this could be where we can actually enter the units we want to work with. Could you assist us with this password? Are we looking in the right alternative?

I am having problem with attaching the equipment with a lap top which has only USB ports

the reader offers a USB and a serial port. On connecting via USB port cannot establish communication. The Lap top uses

Windows7.The instructions with the reader refer to COM port number which should be seen in Device manager,but Windows 7 does not show com port. Can anybody help

I mean that is it possible for example send a command to this instrument from pc to read a plate or not?

As we mentioned in the title of this post, we found vertical movement error in the beginning of the program screen. Please, I am kindly requesting you to deliver the solution of above mentioned title as soon as possible.
