The unit with charged battery will start and run 4 min for 2 liters then is just cuts off , The unit has just been barley used.

This question is for a Puritan Bennett Companion 492a ,Can someone please tell me how to turn off the alarm, it will not stop beeping, it is very loud. It beeps a long beep every 30 seconds and never stops. I works fine but just will not shut up. Please tell me how to turn the alarm off, or even make it quieter.

Hi I am hoping someone might be able to troubleshoot my O2 concentrator. After a few minutes of use it starts to make a weird sound then eventually stops with a 4 beep warning. I am checking an overflo with continous alarm and red LED. I HAVE CHECK the pressur, well its OK. For that I need EverFlo Service Tool and Manifest ZIP to perfom some control. Thhx in ADV

I want to put the M10 on an Alexa smart outlet so my wife does not have to go downstairs to turn the concentrator on and off. I did but when Alexa cuts the power to the outlet of course the M10 thinks its a power outage and the alarm goes off. Is there a way to disable the alarm?

We have a couple of M10 Concentrators and we are trying to test the output occlusion alarm without any success. There doesn't seem to be any internal leak and the pressures all are passing. Anyone have any ideas?

When I hold the botton down, the power light is on, but the red service required light is also on. The filter is clean, the filters at the back are clean. What do I do now? I tried to download the PDF for the service manual Many thanks. Janette
