Patient Identification and Security System Forums
We have a new install of the the new Center iX system. The application randomly crashes and restarting, sometimes not restarting at all causing all of our monitoring to fail into a local mode. Philips will not acknowledge that there is a bug with the software. If anyone else has this system I'd be interested to hear what your experiences are with it.
When checking the windows event logs it always shows the PIIC iX server crashing.
RE: Philips - PIIC iXI'm in a new position and Hospital and part of my duties is the HUGS system in our L&D and Nursery. I know what the system is andunderstand how it works. But I would like to get some training since I am now going to be the Administrator. Unfortunately the department does not want to pay for training. Anyone have any hints or ideas where I could get some background on this system and functions? Thanks.
