Hi, Any one has an experience in error (X D5) for CT Hitachi Speedia,  Although generator and tube are working properly for HU calibration but error appears after starting warmup

This error XD5 appears after changing SCANTA pcb because of communication error ,Is there any relationship between changing SCANTA pcb and XD5 generator error

Hello Sir,

I have some problem with (Hitachi Supria 16) .It did not allow to run and error code pop up everytime.

It says 'An abnormality has occurred in the scanner gantry'. 'Please shut the system down, and then restart." Error Code:00012844(S28(44)).

Can you please help me to solve that error?

The hospital has a Hitachi Supria 128 CT scanner and the images in the sections show a defect in the form of concentric circles from the center at an equal distance from each other. It is especially visible in the phantom images, but is also noticeable in the tissue volume. What is this, why does it occur? The thickness of the section does not affect it.
