Could inform me how enter to SERVICE MODE? I tried according to the service manual section 4.3 but I cannot enter

Hello, can you help me to resolve the code ERROR FLAG E01  V1 > 600V ?  

The technician has just checked Error Flag E04 et E10 and he restarted the laser. Now, he can't help me for the Error Flag E01 V1 > 600V.

No information is available in the instructions for use.

I have problems with an Alcon Laser. I assume it could be the aimig beam. Is anybody in the community having a service manual. I also need information how to enter into the service mode to do voltage window and energy monitor calibration. I know this laser was built by Ellex under the name Super Q. Service manual for Super Q would also be helpful.

Equipment: YAG Laser ALCON 3000 LE

machine not starting, display blank, though power is on.

At times, it starts after few minutes delay. Whtat can be the reason for this problem ?
