The light therapy machine we currently use has only two buttons, white and blue lamps. I would like to know if there is a difference in the functions of each. Can I receive the information by email? If I turn on the white button, will the treatment be effective?
I have a Fanem 4006 bilitron bed and it has been showing Fan 1 and fan 2 interruption on steady thereby not allowing the machine to perform it's expected duty. What should I do to fix it.

Our facility received this phototherapy light from our larger, sister facility but we did not receive a manual. Are we able to order one from your company? The documents/manuals tab will only display a brochure, not the actual users manual we are needing.

Thank you for helping us with the Hill-Rom/Airshields/Drager Micro-Lite unit. I have two units that keeps tripping breaker. I have isolated problem to the main power board. The board shows where unit got hot, but resistor tests fine. As soon as you try to plug into power supply board, then circuit breaker trips. I do not have service manual to help troubleshoot or to find part numbers for ordering replacement parts. Thanks for any help you can provide.
