What is the right voltage ampere and power of this device

How do you fix inspiratiry flow sensor when it says there no inspiratory flow ? Ventilator won’t work 

Equipment: GE HealthCare - Datex-Ohmeda 3700

Equipment: Covidien - PM10N

Rad-97 not reading vital signs consistently. It keeps showing "(Pulse CO-Ox) Interference Detected" message. The cable and finger sensor have been replaced. New cable port. Test equipment shows a strong signal coming from the device. I tried changing the line frequency; both 50 Hz and 60 Hz show the same message. Anyone know what the cause of the interference is?

Is there any way to export SpO2 data to a laptop from this device?

Unit connected to local network fine, but I am unable to get information on how to capture trend data via the wlan connection. Does anyone have documentation on how to do this?

Equipment: Nellcor - PM1000N

After powering on the device displays P23 on the screen for a second, and no spo2 or PR is shown after.

Tried Looking for the error in the manual with no success.

Anyone have any idea what the cause might be?
