Treadmill Trackmaster TMX 425, I am trying to maintain this machine but the running belt motor is not working, while the machine elevation is working. no 10v at the purple wire output of the drive board. please help me RE: Trackmaster - TMX 425

We acquired a GE T2100 treadmill to donate to a local assisted living facility but didn't do our homework and need the software to operate it. GE Healthcare wasn't very helpful.
