The device works perfectly. I have a fault at start up: HCU Supply. 00110006.

What can be the cause of this fault and how can I repair.

Does anyone have any tips on how to duplicate this problem. I had a WO come to me about it and I have tried manual. Auto with a fixed temperature and gradient variable smart with a fixed temperature and still unable to duplicate the issue or "force it" and I do not really want to order a board if it's not needed. Thank you

Has anyone experienced a Med-therm lll unit shutting off by itself after several minutes and then turning back on again by itself after several minutes? Is this a power supply issue? Also, the device will not cool.

Dear sir this error mean an problem by the pump ...i replaced the pump with the same part but the problem is ...new pump hase tow wire ...old one hase 3 wire ...how i can solve this problem please
