Please can anyone tell me how to remove the illumination module from the microscope head. I believe that someone has jammed an undersized fibrelight cable in the module and damaged the filter wheel. I have a manual and page 49 shows it separated but not how it is removed. Any help would be much appreciated.

GETTING A MESSAGE " NEXT SERVICE CALL IS DUE " . CAN THIS BE RESET?

Doing a little service on this M400 E and came across this setting.  When turned to "11" not any difference was noticed in brightness.  Does anyone know what this feature is, or is it possibly not working?
