Visual field having Error " system startup state 16" tried many times but not solved still.

Hello,

HFA 740i
Boots with the message below

System startup state 19
Aperture may be misaligned
(Pressing Proceed will NOT allow testing)

[Retry]                      [Proceed]

Even after pressing [Retry], it persists. Same as when I restart the machine.

Why this message?
What can I do about it?

Please help out.

Hola a todos, alguien me podría a poyar con el password de acceso al menú de Diagnostico y calibración. Estoy buscando la contraseña para habilitar el menú de diagnóstico para calibrar el shutter, projector y apertura. Main>Setup>Aditional>Diagnostics>password _ _ _ _ >Diagnostics>Calibration>Mechanical>Projector. Saludos

The company I work for has been having issues with our HFA3s going down and not working. We have tried going through Zeiss for service but we are not satisfied with the level of service or the promptness of it. Does anyone know of a third party that services these?
