Got an issue with a couple of our InTouch Critical care beds where putting them into Zoom function does not activate the Zoom is activated voice. Should be noted that also does not have sound therapy on it as well. Tried another footboard and can get sound therapy and the zoom voice. Is there something separate on the footboard that allows the voice to go through? Or does it come through the CPU board. Stryker is sending us one, thinking that may be the error since we have been upgrading the footboards to 5.0, also noting the footboard that does the voice is already 5.0 so I was thinking maybe theres something in the footboard itself. I have an issue where my sub assembly won't extend and the motor just over drives itself, it will collapse when given the comand to but just wont extend or stay extended with the manual release closed. originally i had suspected i was low on fluid as this was a repair based on a massive leak with the reservoir cover. part of me is suspecting it may be the A or B valve but its hard to say. I purchased a Hill-Rom - CareAssist bed for my wife. This was refurbished and purchased as-is. when I hooked it up, it is functioning but making a high pitch noice continuously. hello, what if someone can help me with this Advanta P1600 problem? It does all its positions but at the moment of pressing the reverse trendelenburg the bed no longer goes to the right bed and it does not do that position, can you help me please, I would appreciate it Advanta p1600? Does anyone know if the base label (big long grey label along the sides) is a spare part and what part number this is? It isnt in any of Strykers service manuals.

Hi. I am the owner of this Stryker secure 11 hospital bed that was given to me from a hospital that were getting new beds.
