Alguem teria o software da cama intouch, pois o foot board da cama não esta reconhecendo e diz que a versão é incompatível.
Alguem poderia me ajudar?

When connecting the bed to the communications port on the wall, the bed is constantly pining the nurse call function. I have replaced all the cables as well as the remote. Thoughts?

Im having trouble. My stretcher slants to the left I'm not extremely familiar with these stretchers and haven't been able to fix this it will move up and down and sits up with no issue but the foot side is stuck tilted

Hello currently I have a progressa bed with this problem “MCM valve current counts under MCMSO current minimum 0x30C7” I have tried calling hillrom support for help but they told me I have to pay for there services. What should I do?

Yesterday, my bed has stop its Function. Orange light is blinking on remote with beep sound and not a Single Funtion is working please help me what I can do
