Equipment: Invacare900DLX

So we have a Hill Rom Advanta P1600 when lowering the Bed the Head End stays up. The Foot End lowers properly. Everything else works on the Bed. The "Bed not Down" LED is lit even when the bed is in the Down Position Foot End is completely down, head end is not.

The orange service required light just started blinking on my TotalCare SpO2RT bed. I've only had this refurbished bed for less than one week, and my mother hasn't even laid on it yet. I know very little about the bed. Any ideas on what is going on with it? If I need to have it professional serviced, whom should I contact? I'm in the central Florida area (Ocala), between Gainesville and Orlando. Thank you.

Everything works except when you try to raise the whole bed only the lower part raises. The motor is running on the upper end but no movement.  All other functions work as they should. Any suggestions?.

I can not see the scale Icon on the GCI, therefore I am unable to weigh patient. How am I able to return the scale icon to the GCI?

Where can I find someone to disassemble my VersaCare Bed P3200 near Bowie Maryland. It is presently to heavy to carry upstairs nd setup in bedroom.

No inflate even after Scale reset, no errors.  All other functions work

Flow chart seems to lead to mattress disconnect but would this give an error?  Coupler seems fine, then flow chart says mattress, but again, would I not get some kind of error or is there something pertaining to this that may be loose and not throwing an error?

Replaced the patient right side rail assembly. Trying to re-calibrate the scale. Scale will show zero's and then go to Error Code LC. Service manual doesn't have any detail on how to trouble shoot that error code. If anyone has come across this issue and could help me out on how to trouble shoot the issue to be able to calibrate the scale. I would truly appreciate the help.
