How do I upload a version of the Operators manual that includes parts?

I purchased a Hill-Rom Sp2rt for my husband, 4 years ago, when I brought him home during Covid from a nursing home. We just had our power go out & the back up battery failed. Is it easy to replace the battery or should I have a tech replace it. Also what battery should be used & if I should use a repair person/tech, can you recommend someone in the Tampa Bay Area? Thanks for your help.

I've had this issue a couple times now (3002 model) where, if the fowler angle is greater than ~17°, it slowly lowers until its flat when weight is applied. This doesn't occur at steeper angles. I've seen this a couple times now and so far I have just replaced the actuator but I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and if there is anything I can be doing to help prevent this issue going forward?

Error message e410, the bed do not perform any movement. I know for sure there is a procedure to reset this. Does anyone knows?

Hello,

I have a Totalcare P1900 that as of today the foot of the bed will not lower using the hi lo button at the top side rail.   The head will lower, but the foot is now at maximum height.   Hitting the lower button keys the head lower but the foot stays in place,  just like putting the bed in Trendelenberg position.   I called support and they had me swap the solenoid for the up and down high low,  but this had no effect.   He said it it's probably the valve that is stuck and can be removed from the manifold to be cleaned or replaced.   How do i remove this valve from the manifold?  Is there a way to manually lower the bed?  I took bolts off the bracket on the foot of the large hydraulic cylinder for the bottom section,  but didn't see how to release it.  Any suggestions or copies of the service manual for this bed would be appreciated.  We moved my son to a small makeshift bed until we can get this lowered to normal level height out fixed.   Thank you!

My Joerns Ultra Care XT bed has managed to lock only the "lower legs" button on both remotes. It will not reset by pushing both the hi lo buttons at the same time. No lights are flashing, but I can not lower the foot/leg portion of the bed. It will only raise up, and the lock button only shows when I try to lower the feet/legs next to the lower foot/leg button on both the foot of the bed panel and on the handheld remote. How do I reset this? (Joerns hospital bed serial number #974689349775953460)
