I am experiencing trouble with certain buttons or areas in the touchscreen, I believe it might need some calibration however the buttons I need to press to get into the calibration mode are the ones that do not respond correctly, apart from that there are other buttons that do not respond when touching, like confirmation arrows or cuff test button. How may I fix this?

can some one post the manual for Stryker SmartPump dual channel

I have 1 unit that when not in use(cuffs not pressurized) powers off after 2-3 minutes. Is there a power save feature? the person at tech support sounded like she had no knowledge whatsoever. 

now i decided to hold down the alarm mute button when i powered it up again(just random attempt at secret button) and it appears to of stopped powering itself down. 

doesn't matter if it's running on AC or DC. Will pressurize and hold cuff pressure on DC so i know the battery is holding a good charge. 

Has anyone seen this before?

Please help me, my equipment is displayed " Battery error detected" -E0016. Thanks
