Equipment: Ritter 75 evolution

I have a Midmark 623 I am currently working on and the base and back functions on the remote are only controlling the back and not the base (back up controls back up the three other functions lower the back).

 All the fuses are good on the board so everything should be getting power, I have also checked the remote on other tables and the remote is wired correctly and works right on other tables. 

The only thing I can think of would be some damage to where the remote plugs into the base of the table. Any ideas or insight would be much appreciated!

Nursing staff at my hospital have been complaining that the stirrups are hard to maneuver. I noticed that the locking pin that locks their side to side movement have been sticking. The confusing part is that when a patient is sitting on the unit, it apparently makes them even harder to use. I don't see how the weight of someone on the bed interacts with the stirrups and its guides. Has anyone dealt with this before?

Is it possible that the cylinder rods could be air locked due to the hydraulic oil being almost nonexistent in the pump?

Does anyone know about those two devices compatibility, on MK80 DX /#610/MBL pedal comand stoped working heith adjusment commands, can be pedal comand replaced with new one. And additional question, does support for  Dexta  MK80 DX /#610/MBL exist in USA or Europe?
