I need help with the Flowtron ACS800. I called Arjo and they said they are no longer supported and would not even give me the OEM part number, or send me the service manual. I am in need of batteries. Does anyone know the OEM part number so I could search for 3rd party ones. Or could you tell me what you are using? The battery for the ACS900 looks really close but the voltage is slightly off and I can't find the dimensions. Since the battery fits in a metal case the dimensions are pretty important.
The battery I need is 4400mAh 14.4V 63.36Wh and there is a cable coming from it.
Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated.
I need to find a source for a replacement battery. My tech found that the PN is 16AQ369-07T, but it looks as though these batteries are not readily available through standard suppliers. Any leads? RE: Arjo - Flowtron ACS900
I have spoken to Arjo, they require the unit to come back to reset the service interval timer. According to the service manual it can be reset with TAPP Communicator software. Anyone know how to obtain this software? I work at a small hospital and cannot afford to send each unit to depot just to reset a timer if nothing else is wrong. This would help streamline PM's this year as we have already found 2 of the first 10 need to be reset. Thank you for any help. RE: Arjo - Flowtron ACS900
I have done the research and according to Arjo tech support, they require the unit back to reset the service interval timer. The service manual talks about a TAPP Communicator software.
