To reset the service wrench icon on the Arjo Flowtron ACS900, you need the TAPP Communicator software, which Arjo provides only to trained technicians. Without it, the pump must be sent back to Arjo for servicing. If your team has someone trained, they can use TAPP via USB to reset the service timer in-house.
I need help with the Flowtron ACS800. I called Arjo and they said they are no longer supported and would not even give me the OEM part number, or send me the service manual. I am in need of batteries. Does anyone know the OEM part number so I could search for 3rd party ones. Or could you tell me what you are using? The battery for the ACS900 looks really close but the voltage is slightly off and I can't find the dimensions. Since the battery fits in a metal case the dimensions are pretty important.
The battery I need is 4400mAh 14.4V 63.36Wh and there is a cable coming from it.
Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated.
I need to find a source for a replacement battery. My tech found that the PN is 16AQ369-07T, but it looks as though these batteries are not readily available through standard suppliers. Any leads? RE: Arjo - Flowtron ACS900
