Does anyone know what this error code is?

Equipment: Siemens Ysio

Recently purchased this device. It comes on ok. But it does not appear to be charging, the battery appears to be working well and is a new battery but the charging system does not deliver power to charge the mobile xray. Per technician error codes are u01, u02, u03.

The battery light which is low- just blinks. The charging system / power indicator light does not show power supply of the machine. Power input is 227-228v. We are using a voltage stabilizer due to power inconsistencies in my country

I have a Shimadzu R20J X-ray machine. When I select high power settings for chest or abdominal X-rays, the equipment locks up and displays an F19 error.

Hi! I run a radiology department in a federal prison. Due to lack of funding we no longer have a service contract with GE, however our definium 5000 recently stopped displaying anything on the monitor. The computer and equipment turn on and the monitor has power, just no display coming on. Is there a simple fix or will this require a full service?
