Good morning everybody! I have this KODAK DRY 6800 printer used in a hospital run by Sisters of Charity, which was damaged due to an electrical discharge (lightning), which is showing the message "there is a network problem". It already replaces the integrated network ones (RTL8111). As a result, the LEDs on the RJ45 connectors came on and indicate communication, but this message still appears and the printer is not detected on the network. And I would also really like to know how to access Windows on this printer. I am very grateful to anyone who can help me.
