I have an Agfa 5302 printer that, every time I print a 14x17 plate, automatically prints a plate with a message indicating that I should contact technical support. This doesn't happen when I print 8x10 plates.

During self test at about 84%, the "self test failure" message is show on display.

Reading infocounter, the last error, one month old is HC204002, but nothing about actual state.

Monitoring serial output, the last message is "JVM Zip Error: C :\jars\dicomToRI.jar.: Fatal error wihile inflating...."

Any advice will be appreciated.
