on vient d'acquérir un FCR PRIMA de FUJI ainsi qu'une imprimante DRYPIX 3500 dont on ne parvient pas à tirer un film. je voudrais l'adresse ip de l'imprimante pour configurer le DICOM

we have just acquired a FUJI FCR PRIMA as well as a DRYPIX 3500 printer from which we cannot print a film. I would like the IP address of the printer to configure the DICOM
estou com problema nessa impressora a mesma não abre a maiorira das vezes por completo a badeja dos filmes e as vezes motor para no meio do percurso e fica zoando e trava no meio do percurso, alguém pode me dizer qual voltagem que esses motores trabalham posivel subtituto .

I have a problem with this printer, most of the time it doesn't open the film tray completely and sometimes the motor stops in the middle of the journey and keeps humming and locks up in the middle of the journey, can anyone tell me what voltage these motors work at? .
