Greetings, I am hoping to either find a service manual for a SECA 780 or if someone knows the process for calibration. We certify the scales in our County Health Departments and I have one that is good with the 50 lb weight, but is 10 lbs off or more for an adult. Thanks in advance for any help! -Ray

Is it a normal default for the Detecto 6730 scale - when unit is powered on to automatically display 02 420, Weight Lock LED lit and Kilogram/ Gram LED lit? Staff continuously says scale needs calibrating when tested with 5000 gram weight it is 5000 grams.
