I have a CFX Connect here and I'm not able to open or close it. It remains in the open state no matter what I do. The manual open/close button doesn't work , same for the close button in the CFX manager. I manually latched the lid into the closed position but it still reads as open in the CFX manager. What could be a possible diagnosis for this problem? Some help will be really appreciated
Hello! The BioRad CFX96 was giving LID Open/Close error. The lid opens/closes only if I press it. It does not go to the vertical position as usual. There is no lock. Can anyone give me some guidance?
Hello. I have a Bio-Rad S1000 Thermal Cycler that is not powering up. I checked all fuses (external and internal), power switch is good. There is power to light the "385V active" LED but unit will not power up. Any help with troubleshooting this is greatly appreciated. Bio-Rad no longer supports this unit.
The C1000 touch passed system start up tests. Ran the diagnostic test under administrator and passed. I accidentally started a second diagnostic test and was trying to cancel out and I clicked no to the lid not shutting. After the system would not pass system start up test.
