Printmate 150 was printed faintly. They replaced the tape, and now it is not printing at all. I suspect it is a printhead or cassette alignment issue. Does anyone have a service manual, or information related to this?

Anyone have instructions with details or pics of the removal and replacement of the print head and motherboard on the ThermoFisher Scientific PrintMate 450? Any help appreciated!

When the cartridge is being printed it shakes. I was looking for an adjustment to hold it still.

We have a Conveyor error nothing is blocked we are looking for a service manual that has wiring diagrams or flowcharts.
