When pressing the F1 key to select "patient data" on the MAC 5500, there is this quick flash to scan the patient visit/ID number to add them to the ekg cart, then it switches to manual entry right away. Kept pressing that F1 button to use the scan function, but it will switch to manual entry.
What's causing the issue? Software upgrade? Internal board malfunctioning? Settings?
I've double checked the settings to another working ekg and all settings matched. Problem still there. Tried hard reboot of device. Nothing. Replaced the scanner and cable to a known working one. Same issue.
Can't get in contact with GE tech support. Anyone has had this problem?
I replaced the keypad on a GE Case P2 running on Windows 7. It now needs the driver updated in order to use the keypad. GE was of no help. Anyone have a similar unit that would be willing to assist me in getting that driver?
My dash 3000 AC/battery light is on, but nothing shows on the screen. The buttons work, I can hear NBP go / stop but the monitor doesn't show anything. I have tried replacing the display screen with a spare which is confirmed to work but it made no difference.
Any troubleshooting advice would be much appreciated.
Bonsoir je suis technicien biomédical de l'hôpital BRAUN du TOGO .on a eu par donation cet échographe,ça bossait au début très bien mais a un moment ça prend du temps pour le démarrage et maintenant ça ne s'allume mm plus juste l'écran est allumé ça vient parfois mais ne travaille que pour quelques minutes.
Prière de m'aider pour la réparation ou pour avoir les documentations de l'équipement.merci RE: ATL - Ultramark 4 Plus
