Hi I have error 200 & 203 per my research I need to replace the cavity and upgrade the firmware. Is the only place to get the upgrade PCMCIA and replacement cavity directly from Zeiss or are other options available?

I am looking for a complete Laserscope/ AMS Aura Service Kit. I would like to find one so I can use it when necessary.  Please let me know if anyone has a complete kit or a partial. My main concern is getting a spare service key, smartscan fiber, double ended SMA 125u alignment fiber and the calibration sleeve for the smartscan fiber.

I need to remove the side panels  to my 2013 Cutera Excel V cosmetic laser system. Anyone have a line on one, or that can tell me what to do to get them off?

My previous post is related to a HGM PC EDO laser.

According to the service manual the problem is located among others in the O.D (OPTICAL DELIVERY) board.

Is there any suggestion for this error or a problem on this board?

I must say that all the limit switches that detect the fiber connection are ok and the shutter solenoid is activated during the turn on phase.
