when power on the device diplay this error err roto

When I set the exposures which are kV and mA and I put the Dose meter under the tube the difference is big after exposing. On the Dose meter its less than the set . What could be the problem . Please help

There is no communication between the console and the generator. 7.5V is present. The red LED on the MIO board flashes every 3 seconds. Any solution?

1. Lumbar spine and thoracic spine lateral images are consistently very poor, regardless of the factors we choose. What could be the cause? 2. There is no AEC on machine. How can we install one to improve image quality?
