Anyone able to share service manual? Or HVPS schematics?
When I turn on the machine, the HVPS fan turns on, but the caps don't charge up on the other side (~7.5VDC is all I'm picking up). The display doesn't come on, and only the "AC INPUT" light comes on, no other lights on. A faint, quiet crackle/pop sound is coming from the HVPS about every 5 seconds. Any suggestions? I could just replace the HVPS, but where's the fun in that?
A pop was heard, and now the machine does not power on. The fuses on the control pcb and the ac distribution pcb are good. The cap bank has a small amount of vdc (less than a volt). Lights D7 "FAULT" and D8 "POWER OK" on the HV control pcb are on. Lights "HV input ok" and "AC input ok" are also on on the AC dist. pcb. Any thoughts, ideas? I want to open up the hvps, and check for blown fuses etc in there, but any other thoughts?
Out of nowhere my yag is throwing a 7.3 fault and the water nor cryogen is not heating up. Is there anyway that you can help me or even on the phone and Ill pay for the services as long as I can get this fixed as soon as possible. We have the GentleYag Mini in our clinic and while performing laser hair removal procedures we encounter the following errors/system faults:
System fault 14.0
System fault 4.2
System fault 10.5
System fault 13.0
System fault 15.1

Hi there,
I bought this Laser on eBay some days ago and I guess I've been had.
Apart from getting the error 15.1 I have noticed, that the water is really quite warm (almost hot) after the machine has been running for about 15 Minutes (after the warm up has been completed).
During those 15 Minutes of operation I try to complete the calibrating process but as I already mentioned I get the error 15.1, the seller said the 15.1 is due to a dirty lens, so he is sending me a new one. I hope that does it, although I am skeptical. Concerning the water temperature he says that normal, once again, I'm skeptical.
I would be happy about some thoughts or advice, thanks in advance.
