Only when we use Trend either way, we get a 2 or 3 second long grinding noise. Everything else works and sounds fine. I called in a Tech ...useless. He said it was cheaper to buy a new Bed. I don't believe him. Has anyone run into this before ? RE: Hillrom - Advanta
My sis was playing with buttons on bed. Now the bed will not go straight down. The bed goes in trendelenburg if you press the bed down button or will go And reverse trendelenburg if you press the bed up button.The bed is all the way up. It was working fine before. hi low will not always work, actually it only works when buttons are payed with, and it will sometimes not work at all .the other functions are fine checked all connections and motor I'm leaning towards the pc board p/n63285 as you can hear the relay click but no motor. Has anyone else had this issue. Please advise
