trouble shooting advanta p1600 bed. power to bed but bed does not operate at all

I have 3 Hill-rohm Advanta beds that the chair at the head will raise a few inches and fall back tried to reset cpr but the head raise manuel instead of resetting

Bed exit alarm will not set. Position alarm and out of bed will set.

I have a Hill-Rom Adavanta P1600C, that beeps 10 times when powered up, service light stays on, everything works but the scale display.  I have switched foot boards, cables and PCB, and the problem stays with the bed.  Any ideas?

HI. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ADVANTA BED. WHEN THE BED IS FLAT THE HEAD AND FOOT DONT RAISE, THEY JUST TRY TO GET UP AND BACK TO LOWER POSITION. HI-LOW WORKS  GREAT ONLY HEAD AND FOOT FAIL. I APPRECIATE ANY HELP

bed will not go up or down when push up or down button instead it tiltshead or heel

Have a Hill-Rom 8400 that raises and lowers well. However, the head is in the down position and will not raise. Is there a lock on the head carriage or is this an electrical problem?

The IV pole manually raises and lowers the head, relays click and motor sounds as if it is 'jammed' ~ Thanx!
