The head and feet will not raise are lower they just kind of click like it is trying, everything else seems to work. Any suggestions on what to look for
Hill-Rom P1600 hospital bed the ground loss indicator light is flashing. The bed seems to be working fine other than the light blinking. Where can I get some help to resolve this in the Dallas Texas area?
Have a Advanta bed in the shop. Seems like the bed exit alarm will not stop. If you hold down the scale on/off button it will silence but as soon as you let go it alarms again. Removing the footboard does not stop it either. I will check the scale board and load cells tonight. Anyone else run into this.
Have no pwer to the head of bed siderail controls? footboard does function properly. have alraedy change the power brd, 21 pin connectors, and logic board. have checked the main ribbon cable analog board and appears to be ok!, everything is plugged in out of ideas, , Please advise.. V/r Cage
I have a Advantra P1600 and can not figure out how to release the lockout control.
The discription/picture in the on line owners manual does not look like mine. There are no controls at the foot of this bed other than for the scales. On the side panels where the controls are for adjusting the height, knee and head is a led light labeled "lockout control".
